I greatly enjoyed staying here and would come there again. It was a nice and great hotel in Monchengladbach. The beds were big, I slept well. Everyone was amicable and the breakfast was gorgeous and astonishing.

Very comfortable hotel with good service and staff. Location also favourable and parking ample.
only fault is the small number of breakfast room tables and chairs.50 rooms with only ten tables is insufficient.

Very helpful English speaking lady on reception during the evenings. A smoke free hotel.

The breakfast was outstanding. In-room mini-kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, sink) would have been very useful if we had stayed for longer.
Room was a bit stale smelling. Quite close to train station so trains were noisy, and since there was no airconditioning, keeping the windows open was necessary to cool the room.

The location of this hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city center. It was so convenient to have free parking available on the street, saving us the hassle of finding a spot. The free wifi was a great bonus and it worked perfectly during our stay.
The pillows in the room were not very comfortable and the mattress was quite hard, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, it was a bit disappointing to find that there were no cups in the room, so we had to use the coffee maker to make tea.

Very friendly English speaking staff. Fantastic, unbeatable price.
The curtains were a bit thin and in the morning the sun shon straight in at 0500! There was a drinks delivery at the front of the hotel very early in the morning that was quite loud.

The room was very convenient and has everything you would need. The best was the breakfastbuffet. Ingredible delicious and many choices.
A bit to close to the railway so better keep your windows closed because the trains ride untill late.

The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices and unlimited hot drinks. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly, making our stay enjoyable. The hotel facilities were clean and tidy, with fresh towels provided daily. It was easy to get to as it is located next to the train station.
All was good.

The hotel was nice, the room was big enough and they had a good breakfast!
The bathroom is very small, clean but not very clean and does not have enough facilities! With a good computer you can have internet in the upper rooms, otherwise it is better to go downstairs!
